Startups registering on Asian Funds agree to provide truthful and accurate business information, submit only genuine financial and company documents, keep company information updated, and ensure all uploaded documents are legally owned or authorized. Submission of a startup does not guarantee funding, investor interest, or successful fundraising.
Investors agree to provide accurate identity information during registration, complete any required verification procedures, conduct their own independent due diligence before making investment decisions, and comply with applicable investment and securities laws. Asian Funds does not guarantee the performance, profitability, or success of any startup.
Asian Funds serves as a marketplace and networking platform. We facilitate introductions between founders and investors but are not a party to any investment agreement entered into between users. All investment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the parties involved.
Information available on Asian Funds is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
While Asian Funds may conduct application reviews or verification procedures, users remain fully responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction or investment. Verification by Asian Funds should not be interpreted as an endorsement or guarantee.

Asian Funds may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the platform, present security risks, or violate applicable laws. Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Asian Funds.
