To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, provide accurate and complete registration information, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Businesses registering on behalf of organizations must have proper authorization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities occurring under your account, and keeping your profile information accurate and up to date. Asian Funds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Startups registering on Asian Funds agree to provide truthful and accurate business information, submit only genuine financial and company documents, keep company information updated, and ensure all uploaded documents are legally owned or authorized. Submission of a startup does not guarantee funding, investor interest, or successful fundraising.

Investors agree to provide accurate identity information during registration, complete any required verification procedures, conduct their own independent due diligence before making investment decisions, and comply with applicable investment and securities laws. Asian Funds does not guarantee the performance, profitability, or success of any startup.

Asian Funds serves as a marketplace and networking platform. We facilitate introductions between founders and investors but are not a party to any investment agreement entered into between users. All investment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the parties involved.

Information available on Asian Funds is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

While Asian Funds may conduct application reviews or verification procedures, users remain fully responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction or investment. Verification by Asian Funds should not be interpreted as an endorsement or guarantee.

Certain services may require payment of platform or subscription fees. Applicable fees will be clearly displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, taxes may apply, and payment processing charges may apply.

All content on Asian Funds, including logos, branding, website design, graphics, software, databases, text, and images is owned by or licensed to Asian Funds and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Users must not provide false information, upload fraudulent documents, impersonate another person or organization, engage in illegal fundraising, attempt unauthorized access to the platform, distribute malware or harmful software, interfere with platform security, use the platform for money laundering, or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of non-public business information exchanged through the platform. Asian Funds encourages users to execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) where appropriate.

Our platform may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, identity verification providers, cloud hosting providers, and analytics services. Asian Funds is not responsible for services provided by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asian Funds shall not be liable for investment losses, business failures, lost profits, indirect damages, consequential damages, data loss, or service interruptions. Users assume all risks associated with investments and business transactions.

Asian Funds makes no warranties regarding startup success, investor participation, fundraising outcomes, business profitability, platform availability, or continuous operation. All services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

Asian Funds may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the platform, present security risks, or violate applicable laws. Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.

Your use of Asian Funds is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in that policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Asian Funds.

Asian Funds reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
